Audrina Patridge Makes Cameo on New Sitcom

Hills star is celebrating after news she’s made it as an actress—well, kinda.

The reality star is crossing over to primetime network as she shares news she will make a cameo on a new sitcom.

“I’m having a great day! My manager and agent just called to tell me that I’ve been offered a guest appearance on a new comedy series airing on Fox this fall,” the aspiring actress wrote on her official website.

She will appear on Jerry O’Connell’s new show, Do Not Disturb.

So what’s the show about?

“It takes place in New York City at a swanky hotel. But, behind the scenes, there is a major struggle for power between the manager Neal (O’Connell) and the human resources manager Rhonda (Niecy Nash),” Patridge explains.

She will play a guest staying in the hotel.

Patridge admits she finds O’Connell “hysterical.”

Black celebrities on death watch

Deathwatch From Hollywood to New York, black celebrities are on a so-called " watch" after the passing of comedian Bernie Mac and Singer Issac Hayes.  According to Hollywood experts, these deaths always come in threes and black celebrities have been warned that one of them will die next.  Some have speculated that could be next on the list, but because of confusion over his current racial status, the singer has been disqualified.  Betting has been heavy in Las Vegas. Leading the pack in the betting is comedian Nipsey Russell, but he was also disqualified due to the fact that he died in 2005. Former "Good Times" star Jimmie Walker contacted Dateline Hollywood this afternoon to correct a previous story that he had died shortly after "Good Times" went off the air. At this time, we're still trying to confirm Walker's current living status.  Rapper 50 Cent was shot another 14 times over the weekend, but again, he survived his 76th shooting attack.

Report: Madonna may postpone birthday bash over ankle injury

Singer’s sprain could put back lavish do

Madonna may be forced to delay her 50th party because she's sprained her ankle.

The singer was snapped with a bandaged left limb while out in New York over the weekend.

She had planned to host a lavish do at her Wiltshire estate this Saturday, and is said to have postponed it for 2 weeks.

But the hasn’t stopped Guy Ritchie, 39, pushing the boat out.

'Guy wants it to be traditional and British,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He has already ordered crate-loads of real ales.

‘He's also arranged for a folk band to play and the people invited are all pretty old school - Gwyneth Paltrow, Stella McCartney and Trudie Styler - basically friends Madonna's known for years.

‘Everyone else will be immediate friends and family, plus a few people from Malawi that Madonna will be flying out.

'A few of her Kabbalah associates are also expected.’

Dateline Hollywood has learned that the ex-presidential candidate is the surprising choice to replace "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen, who just announced he will be leaving the hit CBS sitcom at the end of this season.

"After Charlie Sheen, I can't think of anyone who better fits that description than John Edwards."

The ex-North Carolina senator will play John Harper, Sheen and co-star Jon Cryer's long lost third brother who was adopted as a bouncing baby by a North Carolina mill worker and his . After discovering the brothers he never knew he had, Edwards' character will move into the room vacated by Sheen's character when he moves to New York to compose a Broadway musical based on the film "Cliffhanger."

"As the son of a mill worker, I never thought I would one day have the chance to follow in the footsteps of Charlie Sheen in a CBS Monday night sitcom," Edwards said in a statement. "I also look forward to taking over Charlie's role as the most notoriously loutish serial womanizer in all of Hollywood. "
