Chris Brown incident shocker as Rihanna’s real name is revealed
The
hip hop world is reeling with the news that rapper Chris Brown has been
charged by the Los Angeles Police Department on a felony charge of
making criminal threats, reportedly against his pop star lady friend,
Rihanna. News traveled fast at last night's Grammy's and music's
hottest stars were understandably shaken.
Lady GaGa fought back tears,
"I'm shocked….Rihanna's real name is Robyn? Tragic."
Sidenote: in police filings, Rihanna's full name was revealed to be Robyn Rihanna Fenty, another unfortunate outcome of this episode.
Many in Hollywood are wondering how the couple went from fairy tale to fodder tale so fast. Rapper Jay Z, the man credited with discovering Rihanna, commented, "I care deeply about Rihanna and am working in her best interest at this delicate time… so it goes without saying I've already secured the rights for her new remix 'Disturbia aka Date Night with Chris Brown.'"
Not all were as compassionate as Jay Z. An unnamed
Pussycat Doll (*unnamed because does anyone really care about their
names? Silly Dolls!) alludes that once Chris Brown mends his fists then
he can find a welcome victim/date in her, "I wouldn't complain if Chris
Brown punched me…in fact he could punch, bite or scratch me. I would like him to please harm me."

Jonas Brothers fire publicist over low exposure
The Jonas Brothers have suddenly fired their publicist after the boy band failed to appear in a single story in major newspapers, magazines and on websites (for about three hours) on Tuesday.
"That was just unacceptable to the Jonas Brothers and they took quick action with their longtime publicist," says the band's manager Roy Gerard. "I mean, this is the Jonas Brothers and you can't just drop the ball like that."
The band has not been happy with the limited exposure it has been getting in the last six months.
"They're playing groundbreaking music and it's unfair that they have to struggle to get noticed in the media and frankly that was the publicist's responsibility," says Gerard.
The Jonas Brothers are searching for a new publicist who can get them wider exposure. They're reportedly talking to the current publicist for Bananarama.

RIHANNA’S FAVORITE SONGS
As the 51st Annual GRAMMY awards draw near, a portrait of Rihanna for the awards and the 'Celebrate The Music That Makes Us' promotional campaign has surfaced this week. All of the text used for Rihanna's portrait contain song titles from artists who have influenced or affected her life and career. Rihanna says she was so inspired by Destiny's Child's that stormed onto the charts in 1997 with “No, No, No” that she’s named five of the groups songs in addition to cuts from Prince, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston in her recently revealed GRAMMY portrait. Some of the other GRAMMY artist that are involed in this campaign and that will have a portrait created using song titles that have inspired them include Stevie Wonder and Lil' Wayne.

Jim Jones "Owns" Max B
Someone just introduced me to Mr. Biggaveli, and I have to say that while some of his music disturbs me, he makes for great entertainment. His viral videos keep me laughing and you know Jimmy Jones is always good for a sound bite. Peep the latest about their 'alleged' beef...
After months of diss videos from former Byrd Gang affiliate Max B, Jim Jones has revealed details regarding their contractual business relationship. In a recent interview with radio personality Funkmaster Flex, the Harlem, New York-bred rapper debunked rumors claiming Max no longer has ties with him.
"He's signed to my label and I bought his publishing for roughly $90,000 which he cried over the phone to get out of jail for," Jones explained. "He sold his soul, the stupidest move I've ever heard anybody make in their entire life."
Admitting he's remained silent about the situation because there's no financial gain, Jones further compared Max's previous loyalty to other rappers who have been removed from popular rap groups.
"You know how Smurf tried to do to 50 [Cent] and then all of a sudden Smurf was gone," Jones compared. "What about J-Hood to The Lox --like these are the things I want to know."
The Byrd Gang leader also took a moment to clear rumors of Damon Dash being broke due to recent financial reports claiming he owes millions.
"He might be broke to Bill Gates, but to the average person he's filthy rich," he said. "He lives in one of those Tribeca big apartments and his apartment is bigger than my entire house, and my house is pretty big." (From Sohh.com)
