Sean Penn throws people into New Orleans water to rescue them
Sean Penn is in a New Orleans jail tonight, accused of throwing several people into a flooded channel in order to rescue them later while cameras were rolling. Three years ago in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Penn took it upon himself to take a boat to New Orleans to help victims stranded by the floods. But this time around, most of the city was evacuated for Hurricane Gustav. "Mr. Penn was upset that he went all the way down there, and there was no one to rescue," says a local police officer. "He apparently was able to find several homeless men. He took them to a flooded channel and then proceeded to throw them into the water in order to perform a rescue operation."
Witnesses say that after Penn threw the homeless men into the water, he started screaming at his crew to start rolling their cameras. Two of the homeless nearly drowned. Penn was incarcerated by an officer who witnessed the incident. As this photo shows, Penn was also caught throwing a cup of water on one of the drowning men.
"I just hope they take that damn boat away from him for good," says one of the homeless men.

Brooke Hogan: I’d Rather Be in Jail With My Brother!
Brooke Hogan might be missing her brother Nick a little too much.
Over the weekend, Brooke posted two fake mugshots on her MySpace page in honor of her little bro, who is currently serving time in prison for a 2007 car crash.
In one photo, the reality TV star is holding a sign that says, “Id RaThr B wiTH mY Br0thR 18.” The other photo reads, “Thnk U 4 Lettn Me B MahSelf.”
But Hulk Hogan’s daughter lashed out when her seriously staged mug shots attracted attention.
On Monday, the 20-year-old urged people to get a life.
“It’s so funny that the smallest thing I do can jack up everyones day...LOL sorry I ruined your little gossip world today people.........or did I give you something else interesting to cling to for your boring worlds? Stay tuned! I might go shave my eyebrows tomorrow! Lets see what other fun things I can think of...um.... don’t you have a life to live? I know I do! Peace! Love Always, Brooke,” she wrote.
Nick, 18, was sentenced to eight months in jail in May.

ANTM AIRPORT BEATDOWN
Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky and her plumpher were incarcerated on assault charges Friday following a brawl involving the family of America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden in a Caribbean airport. The 19-year-old actress was released on bail, while her plumpher, Carl Blonsky, remained in jail. Golden was also incarcerated and released on bail. Golden's mother Elaine was reportedly hospitalized with serious injuries. According to the Providenciales Police Department in the Turks and Caicos Islands, the fight erupted in the departure lounge of the Providenciales International Airport after everyone had gone through security. "Things got out of hand in an argument over seats in the departure lounge, and several people were involved in an altercation," a police source tells PEOPLE. "There were some injuries involved." Nikki Blonsky was charged with assault with actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of two years, and common assault, also known as threat of assault, with a 90-day maximum term.

Hulk Hogan working as Sean Connery impersonator
Hulk Hogan is severely hemorrhaging money as he's locked in a bitter divorce battle with his wife Linda. Sources say he has lost most of his assets by hiring a team of lawyers not only for his divorce case, but also for his son, Nick, who was jailed for eight months in May for several offenses relating to a car accident. Now Dateline Hollywood can reveal that Hogan is now working for a Hollywood star lookalike agency in Florida as a Sean Connery impersonator to help pay his mounting legal bills. He's been hired for parties and birthdays, but according to insiders, he's not very good. One insider tell us:

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to be turned into celebrity jail
Following the DUI arrest of Shia LaBeouf in Hollywood over the weekend and the treatment of the actor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, hospital administrators have given the green light to transform the medical facility into a jail. LaBeouf underwent surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for an injured hand. Cedars-Sinai reports that it has been inundated with drunk and injured celebrities and it made sense to simply turn the hospital into a jail. Administrators have been working with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for a year now to make the transition. Cedars-Sinai released the following statement:
"The bottom line is that 87 % percent of the people that are admitted into the hospital are celebrities who are either injured from a drunk driving accident or have overdosed on illegal drugs. Either way, they need to be in police custody."
In another development, the city of Malibu is considering turning the beach side community into a Hollywood star detention camp. The city council takes up the issue on August 12th.
