Aging actress Heather Locklear. She always tries to look fantastic in the Hollywood star magazines. But we're finally getting a look at Heather without the makeup. She was incarcerated on suspicion of cruising under the
influence of a controlled substance in the upscale Santa Barbara area over the weekend. She wasn't looking her best at the time of her arrest. After the jump, see the shocking mug shot.
